We were one of the first families to call this place home.

More than twenty years ago, when Ksamil was little more than a quiet village on the southern coast of Albania, we moved here and put down roots. Back then there were no crowds, no beach clubs, no name on anyone’s travel list. Just clear water, open land, and a feeling that we had found somewhere special before the rest of the world did.

We built our house brick by brick. Not as a figure of speech, but literally, working side by side with our parents, our family laying the foundations of a home with our own hands. Every room holds a bit of that effort, and that is exactly why the house means what it does to us. It has always been our refuge, the place we return to for comfort, for family, for the simple pleasure of being here together.

Today, fruit trees line the yard and the skyline is framed by both the sea and the mountains. Step outside in the morning and you smell the garden; look west in the evening and you watch the sun drop into the Ionian. We have spent two decades loving this corner of Ksamil, watching it grow from a sleepy village into one of the most beautiful spots on the Albanian Riviera, and we still feel lucky to wake up here.

Opening our home to guests is our way of sharing that. We are grateful every time someone chooses us as their gateway to Ksamil, because it means we get to pass on a little slice of the paradise our family built. When you stay with us, you are not booking a faceless rental. You are stepping into a home that generations of our family poured themselves into, in a place we know and love better than anyone.

We would be honored to welcome you.
