Villa Papa is an entire-villa rental in Ksamil with four en-suite bedrooms, a private outdoor pool, and 150 m² of living space across the house and garden. It sleeps up to ten guests, sits 100 m from the sea, and is a five-minute walk from Ksamil Beach. The Blue Eye and Butrint National Park are a short drive away.

What’s included at Villa Papa?

The entire villa is yours. There are no shared spaces. Inside you’ll find four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a spacious living room, and two fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and dining table. Air-conditioning runs throughout, and Wi-Fi is free across the property.

Is there a private pool?

Yes. Villa Papa has its own outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace and loungers, set in a lush private garden. There’s also a barbecue and an outdoor seating and picnic area. We are made for long summer evenings with family or friends.

What are the views like?

The villa enjoys sea views from its terraces and balcony, with garden and village outlooks across the property. Set on a quiet Ksamil hillside, it pairs an open, scenic setting with a calm, residential feel just minutes from the centre.

How close is the beach?

Ksamil Beach is a four-minute walk away, and the sea is just 100 m from the door. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance, while the Blue Eye spring and the UNESCO ruins of Butrint National Park are a short drive away.

Nos hicieron una barbacoa y nos llevaron a la lonja a comprar el pescado fresco. La casa está estupenda para compartir con familia o amigos. Spora kuchnia z jadalnią i częścią wypoczynkową, wyposażona we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Każdy pokój z łazienką i wyjściem na taras.  Wi-fi działa bez problemu. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju i w kuchni. Na dole mieszka ojciec gospodarza, Pan Ligor, wspaniały człowiek, bardzo pomocny, mistrz grillowania. Polecamy to miejsce z całego serca.
